Paid Subscriptions

• Pro: €39.99/month
• Premium: €299/year

Subscription terms:

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Pricing subject to change with notice
• Cancel anytime through your account settings

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant SeaDays:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• The right to moderate and remove inappropriate content

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you post.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Harass or impersonate other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools (bots) without permission
• Collect user data without consent
• Resell or redistribute SeaDays services

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Termination
